Weight Loss Diet Week 1 Day 3
Not real fond of scrambled eggs. I am sure it is because I spent 5 weeks eating the crappy eggs in the hospital. I might have to find a substitute for scrambled eggs. You know leftover Cous Cous is not the greatest either. My taste buds since weight loss surgery is not the same as it use to be. I might have to really modify my weight loss diet plan. I will give this one the rest of this week and reevaluate on Sunday.
The grilled pork loin was extremely tasty last night. I slowly cooked it on the grill while basting it with teriyaki sauce.
Let’s take a look at today’s menu.
Week 1 – Wednesday Menu
Breakfast:
Iced coffee with fat free milk and sugar free chocolate syrup
Egg (microwaved)
Canadian Bacon
Multi grain muffin by Thomas English
Snack:
1/2 cup Pineapple
Lunch:
Leftover Grilled Pork Loin
Baked potato (plain)
Dinner:
Chicken Cacciatore
Wheat Pasta
Salad with egg, fat free cheese and fat free dressing
Snack:
Grapes/sugar-free Jell-o or sugar-free fat free Pudding

You are a very smart person!
Not sure about smart but trying to understand all this weight loss stuff. I am finding no matter what weight loss program you decide to use it is a matter of sticking to it.
