Weight Loss Diet Week 1 Day 5
Last nights Chicken stir fry was great. We need to find stir fry veggies without noodles in them. Noodles and then brown rice is no many carbs. Not that there was a lot of noodles in the mixture but still just a little to much. It was so good as a matter of fact we are having leftovers for dinner instead of Grilled Lean Steak. We will save that for this weekend.
Since moving my weight loss entries from Fam5 blog to this blog I have had people email me asking me about weight loss surgery and what type of bariatric surgery I had. Now let’s take a look at today’s menu.
Week 1 – Friday Menu
Breakfast:
Iced coffee with fat free milk and sugar free chocolate syrup
Deviled Eggs
Pineapple
Snack:
1/2 cup Cantaloupe
Lunch:
Turkey or Ham Wrap
La Tortilla Factory Smart & Delightful Tortilla
Spread with Fat Free Cream Cheese
Turkey (or Ham), Avocado, Dill pickles, sprouts (or lettuce)
Drizzle with Fat Free Italian Dressing
Dinner:
Leftover Chicken Stir Fry
Grilled Lean Steak
Sauteed onions & mushrooms in 1 tsp olive oil
Baked potato with Fat Free Sour Cream and Chives
1/2 cup pineapple chucks (fresh)
Snack:
Sugar Free, Fat Free Pudding
1/2 cup Grapes
