Weight Loss Diet Week 1 Day 6
I took the leftover chicken stir fry and dug out the meat and vegetables.
Here is today’s menu.
Week 1 – Saturday Menu
Breakfast:
1 egg Omelet with Canadian bacon, fat free cheese and avocado
1/2 cup of fruit
Iced coffee with fat free milk and sugar free chocolate syrup
Snack:
1/2 cup fruit or cottage cheese goup
Lunch:
Salad with Chicken
Eggs, fat free cheese, and olives
Fat Free Salad Dressing
Dinner:
Grilled shrimp with Old Bay Seasoning
Roasted potatoes
Grilled Asparagus
Snack:
Sugar Free, Fat Free Pudding
1/2 cup Grapes

Do you take any food supplements or pills?

Sorry I have not responded before now. The email address I had setup for this blog was not working. I have corrected that issue and will be better in the future.
To answer your question, No I do not take food or pill supplements. If you have read my blog I did have weight loss surgery in 2005 other than that I am all natural.

I take a multi vitamin once a day. I do not have to take any special food supplements.
