Weight Loss Diet Week 1 Day 7
Went ahead and weighed this morning to see where I am before reevaluating the best weight loss diet program. I started the weight at 200 pounds and this morning I weighed 195.4. That is a 4.6 pound loss which is awesome.
I can honestly say I do not like the weekends for fast weight loss diets. I can fluctuate 1-2 pounds over night depending on my eating habits the day before. I will be reevaluating the plan today and post a separate entry on what I decide.
Let’s take a look at today’s menu.
Week 1 – Sunday Menu
Breakfast:
Iced coffee with fat free milk and sugar free chocolate syrup
Breakfast Burrito
La Tortilla Factory Smart & Delightful Tortilla
Egg, Ham, Avocado, Fat Free Cheese and Salsa
Snack:
1/2 cup Fruit
Lunch:
Clean out refrigerator
Dinner:
Clean out refrigerator
Snack:
Sugar Free, Fat Free Pudding
1/2 cup Grapes

Great post, I like the menu. Watermelon is also a great snack – tasty, healthy, and not fattening at all!
