Weight Loss Diet Week 1 Day 1
It has been three years since having vertical gastrectomy weight loss surgery. I feel it is now time to follow a more strict eating plan. You can call it a diet if you like since I would like to lose 10 to 20 pounds. The more important part of the eating plan will be to eat right. This eating plan will be based on the Weight Watchers Core Plan. I will be keeping track of what I eat through this blog.
I will try to get each days food menu listed so that you can follow it if you choose. At some point I may list the week’s menu at the start of the week or the end of a week. Here we go.
Week 1 – Monday Menu
Breakfast:
2 egg omelet
1 tsp olive oil
Canadian bacon
Fat free cheese
Avocado
Lunch:
Roast beef Napoleons
2 slices of tomato topped with Dijon Mustard
Fat free American Cheese
Slice of Roast Beef rolled up on top secured with a tooth pick
1/2 cup grapes
Dinner:
Mustard Dill Chicken
Cous Cous cooked in Chicken broth
1 tsp olive oil
Chopped mushrooms
Garlic
Green Beans
Snack:
Sugar free, fat free Pudding
